Thanks. I love that quote! It was on the frontispiece of my Organic Chemistry book in college. I love Einstein.
I’m also very partial to:
“The more I know, the more I know I don’t know.”
I wear that one out because it’s often very hard for people to admit they don’t know something or worse, were wrong about something, when of course everyone is going to be clueless or wrong about all kinds of things as a matter of course. But if Einstein, a universally recognized, iconoclastic genius can say that — in an age far less specialized and technically complex — it makes people feel like it’s no humiliation not to know something. Which, of course, it isn’t.

I likely wouldn’t have known that one if I hadn’t been a nerdy superfan in college & taking classes where Einstein was a real and constant presence. (Sorry I got so wordy.
